Today we have our Topic Discussion : AI: Accelerating the Creation of the New Digital World
1. OpenAI has sparked a wave of AI technology. How do you think AI technology will accelerate the development of the digital world?
Andrei Tara, CEO of OpenFabric AI:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is undoubtedly one of the most powerful tools created by the human mind. Despite being ahead of its time, AI has had a bumpy road with its fair share of ups and downs. For almost two decades, AI was forgotten until it was rediscovered, and its potential was realized. It became clear that AI was not just useful for creating smarter chess programs but had the potential to update our cars, phones, computers, and medical devices, ultimately becoming an integral part of our daily lives.
However, despite the significant strides made in the field of AI, it remains an exclusivist technology that is expensive, fragmented, and dominated by a few giants in the industry. The difficulty in using and understanding the technology is also a significant challenge. While more powerful computers have contributed to the evolution of AI, it is now evident that the technology needs more than just computing power to continue its progress.
To evolve, AI needs wider usage and connectivity, and protocols have proven to be an excellent tool for achieving this. Connecting different AI systems can be a daunting task, but with protocols, it becomes easier to create a network of interconnected AI systems that can work together seamlessly. Additionally, protocols enable the sharing of knowledge and resources, allowing smaller companies and startups to compete with the industry’s big players.
The potential for AI is enormous, and its impact on our daily lives will continue to grow as we find more applications for the technology. It is clear that protocols will play an increasingly critical role in the development and evolution of AI. We can expect more collaborations and partnerships to emerge as the technology becomes more accessible and inclusive, enabling more people to benefit from the power of AI.
In conclusion, while AI has had a tumultuous journey, it has emerged as one of the most powerful tools ever created by the human mind. The challenges of exclusivity, cost, fragmentation, and complexity have been significant obstacles in the path of AI’s evolution. However, protocols offer a promising solution for addressing these challenges, enabling greater connectivity and wider usage. As AI continues to evolve, we can expect to see more applications of the technology that will have a significant impact on our lives.
Ilan Rakhmanov, Founder & CEO of ChainGPT:
In my opinion, in the upcoming years, the digital world will be affected the most by AI innovation, and later on, it will catch up with other industries such as robotics, retail, medical, etc. At this time, thanks to OpenAI who created a product that attracted so many retail users, we know that individuals and businesses are ready to adopt AI tools. We can already see businesses and people use AI whenever they can, if It’s for article writing, coding, data analysis, graphic design, and also as a new form of a search engine. In my opinion, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Besides big companies such as Google and Facebook which work on extremely advanced AI models. There are many startups like us, working on niche specific AI tools and solutions, and we will start seeing more AI products released in the upcoming year.
The full effect that it will have on the digital space is still unclear, but we can already assume that professionals will be forced to utilize AI or they will simply be outperformed by others who do. Individuals will have more access to information and professional assistance than ever. If in the past a graphic designer was needed to create illustrations, today we can use tools like MidJourney. Instead of a copywriter, we can use ChatGPT or WriteSonic. My point is, that people, professionals, and businesses can rely on AI to save time and money, and the ones who don’t will simply be outperformed by those who do.
Joseph Strada, Head of Communications of GameStarter:
Because the technology is still nascent, we can really only speculate as to how it will impact the digital world. Firstly, I believe it will both create and destroy jobs. As AI advances in its capabilities, many employers will turn to various AI tools to get the job done, thus displacing employees. However, this shift in technology will also create a whole new job market in the tech industry (repair, SAAS, data management, development, etc) as well as provide opportunities for people to be more qualified for positions/businesses that they otherwise would not have.
Luke, Head of community of Mises Browser:
4 types of job according to criteria of skills needed and interaction with humans — high skill high interaction, high skill low interaction, low skill high interaction, low skill low interaction.
For 1st type, ai will be used as personalized assistance
For 2nd type, human will be the assistance of ai
For 3nd type, ai will take care of repetitive work
For 4nd type, will be replaced by ai step by step
2. Industry pioneers have stated that AIGC is a productivity tool for the Metaverse and Web3 era, representing a new direction for future technological creation. How can AIGC be integrated into the Web3 world?
Andrei Tara, CEO of OpenFabric AI::
Fire was one of the most groundbreaking inventions in human history. With fire, humans were able to melt steel, cook food, and shape the world we see today. Similarly, AI is another exponential tool that has the potential to reshape everything around us. The long-term benefits of AI will be most visible in the field of technology, particularly in generative technology such as content creation and work augmentation.
As we all know, the demand for content creation in the metaverse is increasing at a rapid pace, and manual creation alone cannot keep up with it. It is only natural to see AI-powered solutions being employed to create content to populate the metaverse. These AI-powered solutions offer a faster and more efficient way of generating content, enabling us to create more and better content in less time.
Moreover, AI is also helping us augment our work, making us more productive and efficient. With AI-powered tools, we can automate repetitive tasks, freeing up our time to focus on more creative and innovative tasks that require human intelligence. This, in turn, leads to increased productivity and better outcomes.
In summary, AI is a powerful tool that has the potential to revolutionize the world around us, just as fire did in the past. Its long-term benefits will be most visible in the field of technology, particularly in generative technology such as content creation and work augmentation. As we continue to develop and refine AI-powered solutions, we can expect to see significant changes in the way we live, work, and create.
Ilan Rakhmanov, Founder & CEO of ChainGPT:
Actually, there are many ways in which AI-generated content can integrate into the Web3 space. For Metaverse and gaming, AIGC can be used to create unique storylines for each and every participant. In the NFT space, AIGC can be used to generate unique NFT collections by simply describing them with a text prompt. There are so many more solutions that AI can provide in this space. I can describe some of the AI solutions we’re building at ChainGPT for example.
By utilizing AI we are offering quick and reliable access to Blockchain and Crypto information, that can save hours and sometimes even days for researchers. It can also help people in the Web3 space access unbias information, that is easy to understand by getting direct answers to questions.
In the Development Space, We’re offering automatic Solidity Smart-Contract Generation, which users with no-code experience as well as experienced developers, can use and generate custom smart contracts by simply describing them. In addition to that, we offer Solidity smart-contract auditing, code debugging, code-to-english translation, and automatic doc creation to save time for developers while working on new products.
In the trading space, We’re building an AI model that can assist with a chart and technical analysis. Easily apply most technical analysis parameters and strategies. This will not only save time for professional traders but will also help new traders that don’t necessarily have this knowledge.
There are many more functions that we’re building, and that can be applied in the space with AI in general, like AML, Blockchain Analytics, Fraud Prevention, and much more.
Joseph Strada, Head of Communications of GameStarter:
Similar to the Q1, AIGC will both displace workers while creating more jobs and opportunities as well. Many writing jobs, digital artists, even graphic designers and editors could definitely see competition from AIGC but the ones who adapt and learn how to use it effectively will shoot ahead of the competition. There will be needs for people to moderate and “program” the AI and the opportunities presented from this technology will be huge.
Luke, Head of community of Mises Browser:
Very hard for AIGC to be integrated in web3. Web3 is about the validation of ownership of digital assets, no current law can validate the ownership of AIGC right now.
Right now we can use ai to generate content, like news, project analysis, technical analysis, tutorial
We can also use it to translate for non-english-speaking users
Some codes and security features can also be considered as AIGC
3. In recent years, how can emerging demands in blockchain development be processed in an AI manner?
Andrei Tara, CEO:
The world is constantly changing, and with each passing day, we witness something new and exciting. One such revolutionary transformation that has been capturing everyone’s attention for quite some time is the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain technology. The impact of these innovations on our daily lives is immense and has been nothing short of phenomenal. As a result, it’s no surprise that people have been eagerly waiting for these technologies to unfold their full potential.
Personally, I have been eagerly awaiting this day since 2019, where I believe the real game-changer will be revealed. To be a part of this era where such groundbreaking technologies are unfolding is a privilege that cannot be overstated. This transformation will likely change the way we live, work, and communicate in ways that we never thought were possible.
The potential for AI is enormous, and the possibilities seem endless. With its ability to learn, adapt, and improve continuously, AI has the power to transform our society and the way we do things. It is not only the big corporations that are exploring the potential of AI, but even small start-ups are also taking advantage of this technology to create innovative solutions that address everyday problems.
Blockchain technology, on the other hand, is already making waves in various industries, and the potential for its growth seems limitless. Its decentralized nature, along with its ability to ensure data privacy and security, makes it an excellent solution for industries like banking and finance, healthcare, and supply chain management.
As someone who is passionate about technology, being able to work on such innovative solutions is an opportunity of a lifetime. It is a chance to be part of something bigger, to create a solution that can transform lives, and to push the boundaries of what we think is possible.
In conclusion, witnessing such transformative technologies take shape is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and being able to work on one of them is even more exceptional. AI and Blockchain have the potential to revolutionize our world and change the way we live, work, and communicate. The possibilities seem endless, and the only limit is our imagination.
Ilan Rakhmanov, Founder & CEO of ChainGPT:
I believe that AI will take a big part in the Blockchain and Crypto mass adoption. It’s clear that regulators cannot have enough manpower to keep up with the Blockchain and Crypto space, so I 100% believe that as the blockchain space develops, we will see more integration of AI to track users, analyze their data, and enforce regulations.
In addition, as I previously mentioned, users need a faster way to learn about Blockchain, and I believe that AI will be the best solution to that. There is already so much to learn about this space, and new technologies come up very often, and we need a better way to learn this information. Search engines are flooded with misinformation, biased articles, and overall It’s time-consuming to learn about the Blockchain space, and AI can solve that by providing users with fast, and reliable access to information.
On the security side, retail users tend to fall for scams way too often, by utilizing AI we can provide tools to retail users that will help to protect them from scams, and prevent loss of funds that can be caused by misusing DeFi platforms. I believe that almost every side of the Blockchain development as we know it today will be affected by AI innovation, in one way or another.
Joseph Strada, Head of Communications of GameStarter:
Whether we want to admit it or not, many projects, esp those built on the same chains, have similar backends — AI would greatly benefit developers who want to implement standard codes and features into their project without having to shell out big funds. This could lead to a sort “renaissance” within blockchain as anyone with a half-baked idea could push out a project, however, like we saw with the shit-coin wave and then the NFT wave, it could lead to a bunch of failed projects. On the flip side, the rush of projects could also lead to the development of a few that end up completely changing the landscape as a whole.
Luke, Head of community of Mises Browser:
No need to wait for coming year, AI can be used to audit eth smart contract now
Mises also use ai for security features
