Ecosystem & Operations
In London on 24th May 2023, Vertex Labs (Vertex Labs.uk), the entity behind Caduceus and the world’s foremost provider of metaverse, Web3, and artificial intelligence infrastructure, acquired HAPE PRIME development studio Digimental Studio for $12 million USD.
Vertex Labs will introduce a staking program for members of the HAPE community by integrating $CMP into HAPE’s native ecosystem, thereby providing additional incentives and utilisation scenarios. Caduceus’ low gas, high transaction speeds, and real-time edge rendering technology will also play a crucial role in bringing HAPE fashion into the metaverse, allowing more brands, artists, and creators to get involved.
Caduceus formally launched the Spanish Telegram community.

Caduceus Technical Report
Block Explorer — Development Progress:
- Front-end: Fixed bugs reported in testing
- Back-end: Fixed the problem of querying whether the transaction list is a contract address based on the address
- Back-end: Fixed the problem that the Token page Holder cannot be displayed
- Back-end: Fixed the problem that the jwt user_id may be leaked during registration, and it has been encrypted
- Back-end: Modified the regular verification of username and password, and checked the unique username with case insensitive
- Back-end: Non-activated users now forbidden from password recovery function
- Back-end: Added verify source code and checked verify status APIs, adapted to hardhat contract verification plug-in
- Back-end: Fixed the problem of incorrect NFT owner displayed
Testnet V2.0 (Pegasus) — Development Progress:
MetaNet P2P Module:
- Going a step further with multi-threaded speed tests
MetaCrypto Module:
- Unit test: Stress test for batch verification signature function
MetaRing GatewayNode:
- Added: TxPool data storage function, can restore TxPool data when the program is restarted
- Unit test: Deployed the stress test program in the local environment
MetaNebula Verification Node, MetaNebulaModule:
- Began MetaVM (CaduVMs) sub-module Parallel transaction use case test integration.
- CRC721 When a single sender transmits a Token to multiple recipients, the transaction fails (remains unresolved).
- Contract-related multi-layer call transaction failure (unresolved)
MetaVM (CaduVMs) submodule:
- The contract is called to transfer funds, the new contract B in contract A then calls contract b to transfer funds, and there is an anomalous breakdown problem (currently occurring).
- Diagnostic steps for the “invalid opcode: opcode 0x5f not defined” error
- Multiple addresses calling multiple contracts to transfer money to the same address, where the transfer is accepted. Incorrect address imbalance issue
- Multiple addresses execute write operations on the same contract; multiple accounts contact contract A. Call and use contract B to write, then a significant problem occurs.
- Diagnostic: The same contract from call CRC721 failed to execute if ‘out of gas’ occurs when the contract is called, but all transactions are successful and the results are accurate. After investigation, it was determined that the gas used to submit the transaction was insufficient; therefore, the transaction result must be modified to reflect an ‘out of gas’ error.
