Modifications: Tested various newly added features and fixed bugs.
Fixes: Addressed an issue with statistics data writing; code has been modified.
Testnet V2.0 (Pegasus) Development
MetaRing GatewayNode:
Load testing: Validated the speed of various module combinations.
Load testing: Deployed a test environment with 100,000 TPS (Transactions Per Second).
MetaNebula VerificationNode:
Fixed: Issue of regular transfers not reflecting in the account.
Fixed: Problem with incorrect calculation of contract addresses.
Fixed: Issue with unsuccessful contract deployment.
Investigated: Occasional failure of MetaRing broadcast and consequent failure to get transactions on-chain when the transaction count is too high.
Investigated: MetaRing timeout error leading to duplicate packaging of transactions into different batches, causing redundant on-chain operations.
Investigated: MetaNebula’s StateDB cache causing MetaRing to obtain an incorrect nonce.
MetaVM (CaduVMs) Submodule:
Transaction parallel execution testing (retested): Common transfer transaction TestCase, addressing previously encountered issues such as transactions not executing, failed transfers, node errors, and incorrect initialization of account nonce (issues resolved).
Retesting: CRC20 Case (in progress).
Completed debugging of WASM local test cases.
Integrated WASM modifications into the Ethereum code for deployment and invocation testing.
Tested WASM contracts written in Go language (already completed).
Testing WASM contracts written in C language (yet to be done).
Testing WASM contracts written in Rust language (yet to be done).
